After August 17, 2024 any MLS listing will require a Buyer's Representation Agreement. This agreement is used to negotiate commission between a Buyer's Agent and a Buyer. It is now REQUIRED in order to schedule any showing of an MLS listing throughout the nation (NAR).
Don't be forced to sign one to show this property. Our Buyer's Agent Agreement will only be valid for this property, and for $45 if you happen to close on it. The seller may even contribute to pay for it at closing upon negotiation.

Sign Our Buyers Rep. Agreement
After your form submission is received, we will send to you our representation agreement to e-sign. This agreement will be for the scope of the interested property only.
You must be an unrepresented buyer to proceed, we cannot assist buyers already under a buyers rep agreement with another agent.
We Schedule Your Showing
Once you sign our buyers rep form as now required by NAR, we will coordinate between the parties a day and time for your showing.
Offer & Close
Let us know if you want to make an offer on the listing. If you do, our brokerage will prepare all of the documents you need and we will submit the offer to the seller. Only pay the $45 if you close on the property.
