Our California Brokerage will pay you up to a full 3% referral fee for your out-of-state client.

 

You will keep the main contact with your client.

 

Per California Real Estate Commission, we would have to deal with the California buyer's agent directly as the locally licensed agency. We would forward all offers to you as the main point of contact of your client.

 

You would also be assisted by our real estate brokerage coordinators throughout the transaction at NO extra cost or fees to you.
